Complete Onboarding Guide

Create Your Account

Sign up with your email address and create a secure password. Verify your email to activate your account.

Tip: Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols.

Add Funds to Your Account

Navigate to "Add Funds" and choose your preferred payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard accepted
  • Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum supported
  • Binance Pay: Manual verification (3-15 minutes)
Note: Minimum deposit is $3. Funds are instantly available for most methods.

Troubleshooting

Possible causes:

  • Service delays (wait up to 5 minutes)
  • Number previously used (try another)
  • Service blocks virtual numbers

Solutions:

  1. Wait full 21 minutes for auto-refund
  2. Try different country/number
  3. Use rental numbers (better reliability)
  4. Contact support if persists

Common issues:

  • Cards: Enable 3D secure, allow international transactions
  • M-Pesa: Verify PIN, check balance
  • Crypto: Wait for confirmations (10-30 min)
  • Bank: Upload clear payment proof
If payment deducted but not credited, contact support with transaction ID

Numbers for this country+service combination are temporarily out of stock.

What to do:

  • Try different country
  • Check back in 1-2 hours
  • Use "Any Country" option
  • Contact support for updates

Password reset:

  1. Go to Forgot Password
  2. Enter registered email
  3. Check email for reset link (check spam if no email in inbox)
  4. Create new password (min 8 characters)
If no email within 10 min, contact support

Some services detect previously-used numbers.

Solutions:

  • Request different number
  • Try different country
  • For WhatsApp/Telegram: Use service-targeted numbers

Go to your dashboard, select the active rental, and choose "Extend Lease". Select your desired extension period and confirm payment. The extension begins immediately after current expiry.

If no code arrives within 21 minutes, the system automatically refunds your account. You can then try with a different number.

You can cancel within the first 20 minutes for a full refund. After this period, rentals continue until expiration.

We offer numbers from 100+ countries including USA, UK, Canada, India, Nigeria, Kenya, Philippines, Indonesia, and more. Check the "Countries" tab when renting to see available options for your needed service.

SMS messages remain visible in your dashboard for 7 days after receipt. After 7 days, they're automatically deleted for privacy and security. Make sure to copy important codes before they expire.

We accept M-Pesa (instant), credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH), and bank transfers (1-24hr verification). Minimum deposit is $3 for most methods.

Yes! We use SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, PCI-compliant payment processing, and GDPR-compliant data handling. SMS messages are automatically deleted after 7 days. We never share your data with third parties.

Yes. You can withdraw unused balance (minimum $10). Contact support with your withdrawal request. Processing fees may apply depending on your withdrawal method. Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days.

WhatsApp has strict number verification. Try: (1) Use dedicated WhatsApp rental numbers for higher success, (2) Try different countries, (3) Avoid numbers marked as "Used", (4) Use voice call verification option if SMS fails.

Contact support with the service name you need. If there's demand, we can add it. Alternatively, rent a "Full Lease" number which works with any service, just like a regular phone number.

Currently, our service only supports SMS reception. Voice calls are not supported. If a service offers both SMS and call verification options, choose SMS verification.

Most SMS codes arrive within 10-60 seconds. Some services may take up to 5 minutes. If no code arrives within 21 minutes on temporary numbers, you'll receive an automatic refund.
