Step 1: Add Funds

Before renting numbers, ensure your account has sufficient balance:

  1. Go to Add Funds in your dashboard
  2. Choose payment method (M-Pesa, cards, or crypto)
  3. Complete the deposit (instant activation)

Frequently Asked Questions

Go to your dashboard, select the active rental, and choose "Extend Lease". Select your desired extension period and confirm payment. The extension begins immediately after current expiry.

If no code arrives within 21 minutes, the system automatically refunds your account. You can then try with a different number.

You can cancel within the first 20 minutes for a full refund. After this period, rentals continue until expiration.
