Non-refundable: Deposits made using cryptocurrency payment methods cannot be refunded under any circumstances due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

Other Payment Methods

24-hour refund window: Deposits made via M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods can be refunded only if requested within 24 hours of the top-up transaction.
