  • You need an active Proxnum account with balance to buy wholesale numbers

  • With Tenant Mode: Customers become tenants, pay your price (wholesale + markup), and you earn profits
  • You control everything from your Proxnum dashboard

Step-by-Step Bot Setup

Step 1: Create Your Telegram Bot

  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
  2. Send the command: /newbot
  3. Choose a name (e.g., "MyNumbers Bot")
  4. Choose a username ending in "bot" (e.g., "mynumbers_bot")
  5. BotFather will give you a Bot Token - Copy it!

Step 2: Configure in Proxnum Dashboard

  1. Go to your Telegram Bot Dashboard
  2. Paste your Bot Token
  3. Set your bot's welcome message
  4. Set your markup percentage (for Reseller mode)
  5. Enable or disable Tenant mode (default: Reseller mode)
  6. Click Save Settings
Done! Your bot is now live and ready to accept customers!

Step 3: Test Your Bot

  1. Open Telegram and search for your bot username
  2. Send /start
  3. Try buying a number to test the flow

How It Works

Pricing in Personal Use Mode

When you buy numbers through your bot:

  • You pay the same wholesale price as the web interface
  • Price is based on your reseller rank (Elite, Premium, etc.)
  • Deducted directly from your PROXNUM account balance
  • No markup applied - it's your own account!

In Reseller mode, your bot is public and anyone can use it to buy numbers. You earn by adding a markup to the wholesale price.

Tenant Mode (Team Collaboration)

What is Tenant Mode?

Tenant mode transforms your bot into a private team workspace where you create sub-accounts (tenants) for colleagues or clients. Each tenant:

  • Has their own unique Tenant ID and password
  • Has a separate balance you allocate
  • Can buy numbers using their allocated balance
  • Cannot access other tenants' data

Enabling Tenant Mode

  1. Go to Telegram Bot Dashboard
  2. Find the "Tenant Mode" toggle
  3. Switch it to ON
  4. Click Save Settings
⚠️ Important: When you enable Tenant Mode, your bot becomes private. Only users with tenant credentials can use it. Public customers will be asked to provide Tenant ID.

How Tenants Sign Up

When Tenant Mode is enabled, users who start your bot see authentication options:

Option 1: Admin (You)
  1. Select "I'm Admin"
  2. Enter your Proxnum email
  3. Enter random Telegram number (security)
  4. Manage tenants, view all orders
Option 2: Tenant (Team Member)
  1. Select "I'm a Tenant"
  2. Choose "Sign Up" or "Log In"
  3. System assigns Tenant ID (e.g., T123456)
  4. Set password
  5. Start buying numbers!

Automatic Tenant Creation

When a new user signs up through your bot:

  1. Bot automatically generates unique Tenant ID (e.g., T123456)
  2. User sets their own password
  3. Tenant starts with $0.00 balance
  4. You receive notification in dashboard

Pricing in Tenant Mode

Tenants see the same prices you pay (wholesale + your markup). The balance deducted from their account goes to pay for the number on your main Proxnum account.

Example: If a number costs you $1.20 (wholesale + your 20% markup), the tenant pays $1.20 from their allocated balance. Your main account is charged $1.00 (wholesale price).

Switching Between Modes

You can switch between Personal Use and Reselling mode at any time:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Toggle "Tenant Mode" switch
  3. Click Save Settings

  • Tenant Mode OFF (Personal Use): Only you can use the bot - it's your private interface
  • Tenant Mode ON (Reselling): Customers can sign up as tenants and buy at your marked-up prices - you earn profits

Frequently Asked Questions

Zero setup cost! Creating a Telegram bot is free. You only need an active Proxnum account with balance to purchase numbers.

Not simultaneously on the same bot. You can only have one mode active at a time. Turn Tenant Mode OFF for personal use, or ON for reselling to customers.

The bot will notify them that they have insufficient balance and cannot purchase numbers until you add more funds to their account.

You can disable a tenant to prevent access. Contact support if you need to fully delete a tenant account.

Customers pay you directly (PayPal, crypto, bank transfer, etc.). Then you manually add credits to their tenant account in your dashboard. When they buy numbers, the system deducts from their tenant balance.
